5.  The critical Path is  A-B-D-E-F-H  Before work started C was on the critical path in the place of A  A’s work took 4 weeks (not 2)  C’s work took 3 weeks (as expected) CRITICAL PATH

6. PERFORMANCE

7.  Total expected duration is 17 weeks  2 weeks behind schedule  A took 1 week longer than C  B took 1 week longer  Expected duration for activities D-H is 11 weeks PERFORMANCE

8.  The critical path can be altered from the duration projection to what the actual completed time  It is important to use Project Management to keep track of any changes  This was the first time we also planned ahead with money INTROSPECTION
