1. 1 Division of Behavioral Health Policy and Planning Diversion Data Base (DDB) First, Second, & Third Quarters FY08 July 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 The Diversion Data Base is a record of demographic, clinical, and behavioral information about youth referred through the acute care pilot project to inpatient psychiatric facilities (psychiatric hospitals and residential psychiatric treatment centers). The data base assists the utilization review staff in performing the gate keeping function as identified in the Bring the Kids Home Initiative by providing data that identifies behavioral health treatment needs and gaps in service.
