2.  Hello Barrister!  You will have to put forward a case to a judge and jury based upon one of the 6 sides of the various arguments. The winners will get a prize!  You will need to fully research your side including facts and figures and contrasting case studies from various parts of the world. At the end of your case you will need to make your CASE NOTES available to the Judge and Jury  Come dressed for the occasion!  Use Knill and Smith pages 202 to 205 and Redfern and Skinner pages 218 to 230 as a starting point
