Confidential Calibration Environment Requirement 1. Clean the TP. No dirty on the TP. 2. No protection film on the TP. 3. Don’t touch TP during golden reference calibration. 4. Use DC power (battery mode). No AC charger power (adaptor) or docking to be used. 5. Use dungo and connect optical mouse to execute GoldenCalibration tool. 6. Put the system on the table instead of holding on hand during golden reference calibration. 7. Once swap TP or MB, re-connect TP FPC, or re-assembly a whole system, touch golden calibration should be re-done again. 8. For TF600, security boot must be turned-off or turn on debug policy before touch golden reference calibration.

Confidential Golden Reference Calibration SOP_1 ① : Unzip the file of “MxtUpdater_3.9.zip” and copy to the desktop of TF600/TF810 Pad. ② : Execute the batch file of ”GoldenCalibration.bat”. Tool is here. Please click here (Exit ppt full screen mode) ① ②

Confidential Golden Reference Calibration SOP_2 ③ : MUST check command line window showing “Golden Reference have been stored successfully. Exiting…”. It represents golden reference calibration successfully. ③

Confidential Golden Reference Calibration SOP_3 ④ ④ : Execute “RunGolden.exe”. ⑤ : Select “Full Log” to save log file. ⑥ : Press “start” to record REF/Delta data. ⑦ : Check REF & Delta (TF600 REF: 28000~22800/range: ≦ 3000/Delta: +/-70; TF810C REF: 28000~23000/range: ≦ 2500/Delta: +/70) ⑤ ⑥ ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ ⑩ ⑧ : Try to touch the screen, max. delta value will exceed 400. It also can check ghost points when nobody touch the screen but delta is over 400. ⑨ : Press ”stop” to stop recording REF/Delta data. ⑩ : Log file will be saved in “Log” folder
