Starting 4-H Clubs Kids must be at the center of what we do. We must take the 4-H program to the kids. We are publicly funded, so it is our job to reach the kids where they are. Expand your vision of 4-H. Special Interest Club versus Community 4-H Club…consider the outcomes. Call it 4-H! Use the resource guides. Everyone Wins!
