Gathered research plans, incentives, and best practices from other Big-Ten institutions 3.Gathered data on faculty publications 4.Identified barriers to the PPT related to current promotion and tenure guidelines 2

3 Priority 2: Knowledge & Practice Plans (Spring 2014) 1.Baseline report on graduate student presentations 2.Collaborate with College of Education’s Associate Dean of Research to inform and support Priority Project Team’s implementation efforts 3.Develop recommended job description for Institutional Research Specialist 4.Develop recommendations related to changes in current practices and strategies that would support College’s ideal research and publication culture 3
