Project summary: Construction Materials Nanocenter aims to develop the innovation infrastructure in the sphere of nanotechnologies by organization of different types of production and technologies development. Project Team: Institute of Polymers, SPbSU, Krylova and Ioffe Institutes Market Opportunity: Polymer coating Solutions for Railway transport, Water canals, Housing and communal services, Shipbuilding, Real Estate, other services – total 200 mln $ The Model: Nanocenter will provide services and technology support to customers and will develop and transfer technologies to market through creation 5-7 companies per year and licensing technologies for customers. Rusnano rents scientific equipment to the Company. Status: Creation of the Companies – Asset Holder and Managing Company and providing services and technology support. 8. В ноябре 2007 года состоялось открытие Инженерного Полимерного центра - совместного проекта ОАО «РЖД», СПбГУ, ООО «Институт Полимеров», SKZ GmbH (Вюрцбург, Германия). Цели проекта: сбор, анализ и систематизация информации по разработке и использованию современных конструкционных полимерных материалов в мировой практике; проведение научно-практических семинаров по возможностям конструкционных полимерных материалов и новым технологиям их переработки; разработка инновационных технологий создания и переработки конструкционных полимеров, выпуск опытных партий изделий и их внедрение. Российско-германский «Институт полимеров» реализует НИОКРы по обозначенным ОАО «РЖД» проблемам, совместно с Санкт-Петербургским государственным университетом и ведущими вузами города.

9. В данный момент требуемые динамические испытания как правило заказываются в зарубежных странах. Наличие российского Центра позволит произвести импортозамещение данных услуг и предоставление уникальных возможностей для зарубежных компаний (испытания для экстремальных температур от +60 0 до – 60 0 С). Испытательный динамический центр позволит проводить проверку работоспособности транспортных конструкций, узлов и материалов в условиях действующих эксплуатационных нагрузок и климатических условий, присущих различным регионам России и других стран. Проект «Испытательный стенд» был презентован во время 9 российско-германского форума «Петербургский диалог» в Мюнхене 14-16 июля 2009 г.

It is one of the leaders in the sphere of R&Ds aimed at introduction into practice of construction polymer materials and a participant of the Polymer Cluster.

21. INNOVATION POLYMER CENTER ON THE PLATFORM OF THE POLYMER CLUSTER

22. Building of the Innovation Polymer Center is planned in St. Petersburg, Vyborgskaya emb., 41A. This Center supports the whole cycle of innovative activity from the projecting stage to the introduction of the new companies and products to the market. On the platform of the Polymer Cluster which includes the “Institute of Polymers”, the project of construction of a building for the specialized Center for 15 thousand m2 is planned.
