3. Introduction Purpose of Enhancement
PC GUI Circulation module - During return and loan sessions information about patron blocks are needed by the staff in order to give better service to the patrons.

4. Introduction Description (part 1 of 2):
Patron related blocks will be displayed as part of the return and loan sessions. In addition - when patron retrieved in the patron bar - the upper bar display will include indication regarding the existence of blocks and notes.

If localization is required, change the following n $alephe_root/error_<lng>/pc_cir_c0463
1) ADD:
L *Patron has Blocks/Notes*
2) REPLACE:
L $1 ($3/$4)
TO:
L $1 ($3/$4) $5

It consists of 4 CONDITIONS for the different types of blocks:
z303-delinq-n-1 (2, 3)         Blocks in global patron information
aleph-local-block-1 (2, 3)    Blocks in local patron information – ALEPH
library-local-block-1 (2, 3)  Blocks in local patron information – ADM level
local-block-1 (2, 3)            Blocks in local patron information – sub library level*

* These blocks will only be displayed when the sub library matches the sub library of the transaction (loan or return)
