Major urban study with following components: –Characterization of urban boundary layer –Measurement of flow within and downwind of tall building core –Investigation of flows in street canyon including effects of traffic on turbulence –Measurement of surface energy balance in urban area –Dispersion of tracer into, out of, and within buildings (indoor dispersion) –Dispersion of tracer throughout the tall building core and to four km downwind from release Joint Urban 2003 – Atmospheric Dispersion Study in Oklahoma City
