2.  Provides timely, detailed and effective written and verbal communication on the status of design activities, risks and complex process administration.  Amount of specialized knowledge, experience and confidence enables the ability to coach/train team members.  Works collaboratively with stakeholders to understand constraints and expectations.

5.  EDUCATION: must have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Management with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of retail merchandising display management experience.  Skill :Skills are a must with the ability to participate in onsite construction projects.
