Package of Software/Equipment The main component is ProTrack Each computer (respectful locker rooms and weight room) will have access to ProTrack ProTrack will serve as a database that will hold all of an athlete’s information All data, such as nutrition and workout progress, will be stored by ProTrack This will keep all of the information organized and show progress Students will manually enter nutritional information into the system

An athlete can wear a Fitbit HR when working on a cardio activity, such as the exercise bike The Fitbit will track an athlete’s heart rate, calories burned, and many other important information After a work out, the student can sync the Fitbit workout stats with their ProTrack account After the end of each day or workout, the student will weigh his or herself, while their ProTrack account is open on the computer in the weight room Their weight, percent of body fat, and BMI will automatically be synced with their ProTrack account This way of tracking progress will allow students to view their progress

Improved Tracking This way of tracking will improve the quality of how student athletes will be able to track their workout and nutritional progress for the optimal fitness outcome
