Action Items –Engage in activity vs. none, e.g. chop wood/buy wood, walk/run vs. watching TV. –Replace soda with juice in vending machines. –Always provide health care with follow-up. –Always provide health care education with follow-up. –Health insurance reimbursements and rate differentiation to reinforce healthy behaviors. –Health club rate reductions. –Friendly challenges in work or neighborhood environment.
