6. Sponsorships Offered 26 scholarships for FirstTimers (agents only) – This was a sponsorship from FirstComp. It generated a lot of new agents! We had $15,000 in general/event sponsorships – How we do it: We had a title sponsor who gave $3500. For the remainder, our committee contacts companies that their agency writes business with and asks for a general $250 sponsorship.
