4. SUCCESS CRITERIA Tear white tissue paper into long strips and twist to make waves. Glue down tissue to white paper with a paint brush. Add watered down blue, green and black paint to make waves. Leave some white areas for white caps. While painting dries, make an origami boat that can later be glued onto painting.
