Opinions – Give your opinion but also show the other point of view. Repetition – Repeat your ideas for emphasis, but phrase them differently. Rhetorical questions – Asked for effect. They do not require an answer. Emotive language – Use powerful words. Statistics – Provide evidence to support your argument. Three – People remember things when they are said in threes. For example: I like, love and adore… Wars are sad, distressing and painful
