Don’t worry about perfect spelling, grammar, and paragraphing. I want to get to know your writing voice. You might include: A reminder of who recommended the class to you Your strengths as a writer and a person Your goals as a writer and person What you want to write this semester Any anxieties or fears you have about the class Any questions you have for your teacher What makes you unique: quirks, passions, hobbies Anything else you think I should know about you
