Acceptance Letter (on company letter head) including the following:  Student Name  The beginning and the end dates of the internship period (Any 8 weeks between May 16 th and August 26 th )  The department joined and the name/title of the direct work supervisor if available  The e-mail, phone, fax, and address of the company and the direct supervisor 8 DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

9. All internships are considered approved unless notified otherwise 9 ACCEPTANCE

What if I do not have an internship by April 29 th ?  You might have to postpone your internship until the summer of 2017 What if the company does not confirm acceptance by April 29 th ?  Stress the deadline to the host company (University requirement - April 29 th ) Can I work for a family business?  We look at case by case basis Can I do my internship in two different companies?  Yes, Minimum of 4weeks/company & one acceptance letter/company How many courses I am allowed to take with the internship?  one (3-credit) course, in addition to 0-credit workshops after working hours 12 COMMON QUESTIONS
