Completed Construction Projects LAC Parking Structure – Measure E 2008 3 Spaces for 893 Vehicles Solar generation system is commissioned and operational Project is complete and being used for student parking

Completed Construction Projects LAC Building O Complex – Measure E 2008 4 Two structures totaling 87,000 square feet Occupants for Building O2 are Foundation, ERD, LBNP and ALCI IITS and BMT are moved in, Warehouse Facility moving Project is complete with some punch walk items left

Current Construction Projects LAC Building A – Student Services Retrofit Measure E 2008 6 New home for A&R, Counseling, Health Services, Cashier, Transfer Center Project currently in demolition and structure upgrade Construction fence and temporary walkways complete End of construction anticipated Summer 2012.

7 LAC Infrastructure Improvement Project and District Wide Energy Efficiency Project Measure E 2008 Current Construction Projects Total annual estimated savings of 1.5 mil. Kwh Project started Fall 2009; currently hydro seeding all affected areas(All phases) Majority of existing building HVAC systems to be upgraded and connected to the Central Plant Buildings C,D, G,H, & J are connected Buildings B and E will be scheduled by end of April Exterior lighting and controls upgrades All parking lots north of Lew Davis are on new system New Reclaimed Water tie-ins to irrigation connected New gas lines installed for Buildings B, C, D, E, G, H, J, M, N, and P New domestic lines installed for Buildings B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I Trailers, J, K,L, M, N, P Anticipated end of construction Winter 2011

Upcoming Construction Projects PCC Building CC Retrofit - Measure E 2008 13 Houses the Fitness Center, Gymnasium, Weight Room, and Faculty and Staff Offices Swing space located on PCC Campus (Bldg. GG) Approved by DSA on 1/27/11. Currently in bid process To be completed concurrently with MDAB project phase 1 Anticipated end of construction 2012
