9. Community Concerns – Tips/homeless I am a victim of this offender and currently have a restraining order… He has used different addresses on his paperwork for my case, mostly ones in New London. He actually lives in xxxx RI. Offender was located in CT. On probation and waiting for transfer to RI. Probation Officer is keeping track of this offenders whereabouts and transfer status. CT. Registry working with RI.

10. Community Concerns – Tips/Possible Abuse Living with women and her kids. I don’t know why he packed up and is running out of state. He has a facebook account. His girlfriend has pictures on facebook of him in bed with a 3-4 year-old girl and he doesn’t have any clothes on. Out of state conviction Gross Sexual Assault (5 counts) and Sexual abuse of minor Reported NC address on 1/2/16 7 previous tips CT to share information with NC.
