GENERAL COMMENTS Automated telephone choices ‘saves time bothering the reception staff. ‘Appt line only’ Consider ‘massage and chiropractor’ ‘Dr Khalique is very good’, ‘reception staff are lovely’ AF patient ‘I would like a doctor to stay permanently so there would be continuity of service’

GENERAL COMMENTS CONTINUED.. ‘ would like an answer phone and return call’ ‘need more receptionists like (JO), very nice and helpful’ ‘at present the telephones can be very busy and it can be difficult to get a reply’ ‘generally we find the service from everyone at Bilborough very good and helpful under sometimes very difficult circumstances’
