11
Tool Kit Painting Over Mold balloon is when I present myself like I am really trying to deal with problems or make changes when I know deep down inside that I’m really just talking, faking it, and don’t mean what I’m saying. PAINTING OVER MOLD REMODEL THE WHOLE THING If I am trying to sell a house and the outside of the house looks great because I remodeled the exterior but the inside is all trashed out and ragged, I can forget about getting a buyer! I will have wasted my time fixing up the outside and wasted the buyer’s time by getting them inside! Painting Over Mold is a waste of everybody’s time!

16
Tool Kit FAKE HERO BALANCE I must find the proper balance between my strengths, qualities, and good things about myself – and the things I still need to grow in, work on, and improve. The good does not take away the bad, and the bad does not take away the good. They must be balanced. I lift the Fake Hero balloon when I focus only on the good things about myself and/or good things I’ve done. I want others to see me only in a positive light so that I can avoid dealing with my mistakes or problems.

Tool Kit I lift the blaming balloon when I believe that someone or something else is responsible for my attitudes, actions, or language. When I try to justify or explain my position without taking any personal. BLAMING LOOK INTO MY “I” A strong person with Character & Heart never hands over control to others by using “You” statements (“You made me angry when you did that.”) Instead, they maintain their personal strength and take responsibility for their own life and consistently make “I” statements. (“I became angry when you did that.”)
