Hollowed out Sculpture Construct your object/sculpture Don’t add too many details yet! Animals Solid Sculptural Pieces Cut it in half And scoop out the insides Score and Slip it back together Smooth the line so it doesn’t make a dent Add details!

Emil Alzamora Late 1900’s-present Born in Peru and moved to Florida at age 2. Studied at Florida State University before starting his sculpting career in the Hudson Valley of New York. He creates unexpected interpretations of the human figure, often elongating or distorting the form.

Carol Guentithes Graduated from Duke in English Literature Then Graduated from Alfred University, College of Ceramics, NY Often this language focuses on the absurdity, the unpredictability and the unruliness of life. Like a classical language, the vocabulary that I create has many layers of meaning. I leave it with the viewers to derive their personal interpretations.
