Introduction  The aim of test was to diagnose the situation and professional needs of the working people aged 50 +.  The test covered 300 employees from the Lublin area, employed in small and medium sections of different professions: industry, wholesome and retail trade, public administration, education, healthcare and social care.  The tests were run in the time: October – November 2010.  The testing tool was an interview questionnaire.  In a single company where the test was run only 4 employers 50+ could be addressed.

Introduction  The research was done on 100 employers from the Lublin area from five different sections: industry, wholesome and retail trade, public administration, education and health care and social care who employ people aged 50+.  The research was done in medium and small enterprises in the Lublin region. The area covered: Lublin, Tomaszów and Łuków county.  Timing: October – November 2010.  The research tool was an interview questionnaire.  Before testing an employee 50+, the employer was questioned.
