Optimising your Bandwidth Select Meeting>My Connection Speed and choose from one of the options listed. Modem - Optimises your room use for a dialup connection. DSL - Optimises your room use for a broadband connection such as ADSL, cable LAN - Select this is you are on a corporate network, like @ TAFE

Optimising your Audio Step 1 Select the Meeting>Audio Setup Wizard menu Step 2 Follow the wizard instructions Install the flash enhancement if requested

Camera & Voice Pod Setup Click to allow voice Step 1 Step 2 Click to allow to authorise Pause webcam last frame of video used as a still Hold down to talk Click for hands free operation Step 3 Stop camera/voice

Tips for using audio/video When you first enable the voice/camera pod your mic is turned on, unless you are talking switch it off by clicking the talk icon, it will turn light grey. If you are using a webcam, conserve bandwidth by pausing the video stream. Click the video icon, a still will be used in place of the video, click it again to resume video. Unless you are talking turn off your mic. Your name will have a grey or green microphone icon next to it if your mic is active. This adds noise to the room so turn if off until you need to speak.
