2 Content Ingest and Prep Same person is responsible for the program – Responsibilities  Ingest  QC  Subtitles  Graphics – Not too many rules to apply (OFCOM) – Resources are more aligned by Program / Version Not required to create multiple versions of the content for dayparts. Would make a programming change instead (not changing the content) Use the identical / same “picture cut” of the picture between Spain and Portugal

Long term could be better, but concerned Must have local controlled administration as a must have requirement in Madrid Have the requirement to have localized workflows and the flexibility to manage them (quick turn aorund time) Because of Piracy and demographics, VOD marketplace in Spain is unlikely
