5. What is new since last meeting? 1)We will report all the subsystem progress in separate talks 2)IHEP01 has result 3)IHEP02 started 4)High power coupler goes well 5)LLRF and tuner progress well 6)IHEP SC lab facility is more equipped 7)We will start fine grain TESLA cavity with multi purposes 8)Chinese government accorded the fund for 500W cryogenic system (first year fund is about 60%)

6. What is new since last meeting? 9) This 1.3GHz group will responsible for Chinese ADS 1.3GHz (β=0.8 or 0.9) multi-cell cavity and accelerating unit R&D. About 30 people will participate, with 56million RMB applied. 10) IHEP ILC administration group has been formed in Nov. 2011. 11)First Chinese LC collaboration meeting was held in Beijing on Oct.. 30- 31, 2010. 12) The TTC meeting will be held (under discussion with Director) by IHEP together 13)With Beijing University and Tsinghua University at the end of 2011 or beginning of 2012.

7. The main aims of this meeting 1.Report the recent progress at KEK and IHEP on 1.3GHz SC accelerator 2.Discuss detailed technical problems 3.Discuss the collaboration items in the next year, for example, IHEP IHEP01(or IHEP02) vertical test at KEK, IHEP TESLA fine grain cavity R&D,high power coupler test at KEK, LLRF system…. 4.IHEP participation to STF 5.….

8. Have a good discussion and wish a successful meeting…. After KEK colleagues Lab visit at the end of this afternoon, let’s have a warm social event dinner together….
