WHAT THE MAYOR DOES 1 strategic leadership through o the London Housing Strategy “The Mayor will work with boroughs and other partners to ensure that no one new to the streets sleeps rough for a second night, no one lives on the streets of London, and the flow of new rough sleepers onto the streets is minimised.” (London Housing Strategy, 2014) o the Mayor’s Rough Sleeping Group - “to lead and coordinate the wide-ranging work to tackle rough sleeping in London” e.g., reviews progress of the most entrenched rough sleepers e.g., No First Night Out e.g., Pan-London Protocol for Rough Sleeping Outreach Services pan-London rough sleeping services
