Process of separating the components of a liquid mixture by selective evaporation and condensation.
Can be partial separation or complete separation.

6. Chromatography
Consist of a mobile phase (liquid) and a stationary phase (solid). Substances travel on the chromatography paper (stationary phase) based on their attraction to the mobile phase. If there is little attraction to the mobile phase the substance will not move very far.
