1. 2006-2007 RI School Children Immunization Assessment From this year, RI Immunization Program collects immunization data directly from student’s health records, instead of the survey, to get more accurate coverage rates. During the 2006-2007 school year, Immunization Program staff reviewed randomly selected child’s immunization records from randomly selected schools. The information presented here describes the up-to- date status of kindergarten and middle school children on the day that the child entered kindergarten or middle school.
