2.  Hermes Company Transfer will allow the passing of files, large or small, between companies.  All files are split into smaller chunks that are then compress using 7zip library and then encrypted using AES-256 with a random key that only the application ever sees.

3.  Transfer files securely.  Pause/Resume uploads or downloads.  Transfer files up to 9 Exabyte's.

4.  Random key generation to encrypt files.  AES-256 encryption of file parts.  User login required.  Groups specified for each user.  Change temporary download file location and download saved location.  User can change password.  Database only uses stored procedures for security.  Client can only talk to the web services.  Web server can only talk to database.

5.  10 weeks to design, build, and test.  C# language.  SQL Server DB.  Soap calls.

6.  Login.  Add files to their group.  Download files in their group.  Pause/Resume downloads or uploads.  Cancel sending of file to group.  Changing their own password.  Setting temporary folder path and downloads folder path.

7.  Create users.  Remove users.  Add files to any group.  Remove files from any group.  Change a users password.  Removing group.

8.  Window Server 2005 or higher.  IIS 7.0 or higher.  SQL Server 2005 or higher.  1.5 GB RAM

9.  Windows XP/Vista/7.  500 GB RAM.  Pentium 4 1.5 GHz or Athlon XP 1500+ processor or higher.
