Instructions for the presentation Relate your presentation to one or more of the key governance assumptions on the next page. Feel free to argue if you find any key assumptions or impacts missing from the overview. In order to give all participating organisations the opportunity to give a presentation, the time for presentations is limited to 10 minutes. Please submit your presentation to Ms Agustina Grossi (email: agustina.grossi(at)efi.int) by 31 March 2012.

Note: The assumed impact pathways on the previous slide are merely a fraction or an extract of the complicated causal networks related to forest sector governance and related outcomes and impacts. The table above does not attempt to give an overview of these causalities; it merely aims at summarising the key assumption on which the policy approaches related to combating illegal logging and reducing greenhouse gas emissions through forest sector hinge on. The floor is left open for building a comprehensive view on impact pathways and causalities in this context.
