12 Physical – arthritis, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, motor neurone disease, stroke, diabetes, lupus, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury. Sensory- blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, speech. Learning disability – down’s syndrome, autism. Mental illness – clinical depression, schizophrenia.
