Background Interference from human-made signals in the radiometer band are termed radio-frequency interference (RFI) [2]. Operators in microwave band Radiometry, where sensitive to signal of interest and insensitive to atmosphere Wireless comms, for insensitive atmosphere

Background: Effects RFI causes an additive offset on actual T B [3]. Types Narrow-band communications, resulting in persistent, high offset of T B over radiometer integration time. Wide-band systems like RADAR where gating of pulse leads to a low-power, persistent offset of T B over radiometer integration time.
