The State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, or STAAR, is replacing the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS). 3 rd Grade – Reading and Math 4 th Grade – Reading, Math, and Writing Will there be a time limit for tests in the STAAR program?
