NOW THAT WE HAVE EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES IN JUVENILE JUSTICE A Philosophical approach is defined. The Target Population is the Family not the youth. The focus is on Sustainable Change.

Functional Family Probation-Parole Services (FFPS) An integrative supervision and case management model for engaging, motivating, assessing and working successfully with high risk youth and families.
