Eligibility 18+ yo SEARHC Beneficiary Blood glucose in the pre-diabetes range FBG 100-125 mg/dlA1c 6.0-6.4%OGTT 2 hr 140-199mg/dl Casual sugar 140-199 mg/dl and/or Meet 3 of 5 criteria for metabolic syndrome Abdominal Obesity (>40“ in men; > 35” in women) Hypertensive (>130/85) Low HDL Cholesterol (<40 males, <50 females) High triglycerides (>150)Elevated blood sugar (>100)
