6. Elementary Schools Schools’ Role Designate a site coordinator Provide information about student achievement Establish a process for communication between teacher and provider Establish procedures for transition from school to SES

7. SES Providers Providers’ Role Designate a non-tutoring site coordinator if more than 24 students are enrolled Establish sign-in system for tutors Provide badges for tutors Provide nametags for students Discuss system for contacting parents with the school’s SES coordinator Conduct assessments

8. SES Providers Develop student learning plans with parents and teachers Provide monthly progress reports Arrange for frequent parent conferences provide notices for non-tutorial days
