4. Company Hraninvest-HMC AD is established in year 1968 and has been forced as leading Bulgarian producer in fields of the machining and producing of vessels and tanks (with and without pressure). In the years after the privatization (2000) the technological capacities constantly are renovating and elaborating.

5. Structure Generally 3 basis are making the company structure, located in the cities: Stara Zagora (main office, specialization in the machining and the manufacturing of vessels without pressure) Momchilgrad (specialized in manifacturing of pressurized vessels) Kilifarevo (specialized in the conventional treatment)

6. Production line Machining Details, welding constructions with dimensions up to 4000мм, made from steel and rust-free steel ( the most using materials ST37-2, ST52-3, 1.4301) can be made, turned on a lathe, milled, drilled and the surfaces finally finished by us. Our quality team is equipped with precise measurement instruments (for example 3D-measurement machine), which can guarantee the required by customer tolerances.

7. Production line Vessels and tanks In year 2005 in the factory in Stara Zagora was installed new automatically production line for stainless steel tanks ( the most using materials are 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571). Automated welding processes (machines for vertical, horizontal, spot and roller welding) guarantee constant quality. Manufacturing of tori-spherical bottoms, with diameter up to 2700mm and thickness up to 10mm. Manufacturing of cone bottoms, with diameter up to 3500mm and thickness up to 6mm. Bottoms with bigger dimensions are supplied by specialized manufacturers.

8. Production line Tolling Equipment The tool shop is specialized in manufacturing mostly injection moulds, dies, flash moulds, prints and hot boxes (for foundry industry). Our team of engineers is taking care for the constructive documentation and assure the technologies for the manufacturing. As program products are using I-DEAS, Solid Works 2004, AutoCAD 2006. In the constructing are using the normal products of the companies HASCO, EOC-NORMALIEN, D-M-E. The direction is equipped with high-product specialized instrumental machines. As steppe of difficulty and sizes of the manufactured instruments, we arrange with the next possibilities: Dies – steppe of difficulty MIDDLE, with sizes up to 800mm. Injection moulds - steppe of difficulty HIGH, with sizes up to 800mm. Prints for hot forging and hot boxes for founding,with sizes also up to 800mm.
