7. Technical Skills The skills necessary to accomplish a specific task
Knowing the methods, techniques and equipment to actually do a job
Many managers get promoted to their first management job because they have excellent technical skills
Technical Skills most important for First-Line Managers or Supervisors so they can manage their area and employees
