Our costs for Off Net traffic increase in proportion to usage. Growth in On Net traffic is essentially free at this time. These costs do not distinguish between peak and off peak traffic. The AARNet network is sized to accommodate peak traffic flows, thus essentially off peak traffic does not increase costs.
