HOW TO INCLUDE CATEGORIES ON SCORECARD: List skills and attributes under headings Assign yourself values for each of the skills and attributes you list (reflecting both your strengths and weaknesses) Insert a photo of yourself Give yourself an appropriate title, which reflects your greatest strengths. More depth will improve the quality of your work

WRITE A 1 PAGE AUTOBIOGRAPHY Create a text version that reflects the ratings you gave yourself in part 2. Highlight your strengths Make note of your weaknesses Identify the greatest opportunities for improvement. -These are not your greatest weaknesses; these are actually the things that could be great strengths, but are currently kind of mediocre or weaknesses. Write about the experiences and influences that helped you to build your strengths and how you will turn mediocre skills into strengths.
