Habit 7 – Sharpen the Saw

Habit 7 is all about keeping your personal self “sharp” so that you can better deal with life and so that you feel that you are worth a lot! –It means renewing and strengthening the four key dimensions of your life – your body, your brain, your heart and your soul. –It is important to have balance between all four dimensions; think of a car – it runs best when there is an equal amount of air in ALL of the tires.

SOUL JOURNAL: If you were the perfect you… what would you be like? Strive to be this, but don’t get discouraged if you make mistakes. It’s important to have goals but just important to unconditionally love ourselves.
