19 Small Group Activity cont… First time “digging in” to the priorities and objectives for your domain – today is a FIRST PASS Begin to understand, own, and take a leadership role in helping Kansas address these priorities, which should be evidenced by improved performance or strategy measures Walk through your domain packet, particularly priorities and objectives Make notes on worksheet Consult corresponding sections of action plan for additional detail Again, this is a first pass, an initial walk-through
