Connection between MOC and ELC
10
10 MOC will examine six different topics that will define the next generation of innovation and collaboration. Should Government Act as Its Own Systems Integrator? Open Data: What is in it for Us? Open, Flexible Government Implementing Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Going Out on a Limb – Risk-taking, Innovation, and Failing Fast Is Agile Real in Federal IT? Should any of these connect to our Wicked Problems? Are there any other connections we should explore between MOC and ELC?
11
11 Fellows Forum occurs immediately after MOC The theme is Successful Failure on a Political Stage - how to face and overcome project failures within the often political environment that we work in On Wednesday they will be soliciting project ideas and forming teams of the participants to take action on the ideas we’ve been incubating. They are asking these groups to identify and establish case studies within our agencies and compete with each other to report on their achievements at the 2014 Executive Leadership Conference. We are connecting with them in about 2 weeks after MOC. Do we want to manage expectations on how this will work? What would best serve ELC?
