LION TV CHANNEL 1 Hospital Sirio-Libanèse LION TV1 - 20/59 CLINICAL History: 17 years old presented with right ear discharge and decreased hearing. Diagnosed with an aggressive congenital cholesteatoma involving the right middle ear and mastoid. Patient underwent a right canal wall-down mastoidectomy. Currently has maximal conductive hearing loss in the right ear. Not a good reconstruction candidate and unable to wear conventional hearing aids.
