Priority actions Implement systemic approach in health system on all levels: Health and social institutions (integrated approach) Primary care: define the population in their nutritional risk (f.e. 1/y ?, ?) Preventive-life course approach (raising awarness general population, screening in selected populations)

Priority actions - practice: Work on implementation of current documents ( consensus actions) Communication strategy with all target groups (general populations, health workers...) Special programs for social populations at risk Health and social systems (f.e. obligatory body mass screening then implementation of interventions on existing guideliness) National level- longer healthy life years (decrease burden of disease)

Performance indicators Presentation of existing guidelines in proffesionals governance bodies Follow up activities in targeted oganisations Later on: % of screened (PCC, H, NH) Number of communication actions (f.e. clipping) Measuring awareness in target population Number of programms for lower SES groups per y and number of included participants
