4  Take the ELA Practice Test  Complete the graphic organizer as you the complete assessments – note any content/strategies/tech skills students will need to complete assessment.  Hold on to this graphic organizer for the next few faculty meetings to discussion/reflect & plan with your grade-level team. Skills & Strategies: What skills are you applying as you process the questions? Technology Skills: What computer skills are needed to answer the question and take the test? Habits of Mind: What attributes/character traits are necessary for students to be successful?

What do we need to plan and teach differently? What new content knowledge, instructional strategies or technology skills do we need to learn?
