More features than Skype Help and support is great to help users with the many features In-meeting technical support is available 24/7 Audio and teleconference features are good Security and server is much better than Skype

Having more features made it more overwhelming More expensive than Skype Screen Sharing was horrible when I tested it The video feed was not that great as well Add-ins must be installed – example is to upload a file

The video feed looked a lot better than Adobe Connect Features included are either very inexpensive or free Payment options are also very flexible with three different plans With less tools it is much more simple to use than Adobe Connect

Help and Support is disappointing Not many tools for conferencing The security system is weak Their lack in contact information given to the user For an additional fifteen to thirty dollars a much better VoIP Service such as Phone Power or ITP can be purchased

The video feed and screen sharing option is widely used and very useful; it should be standard and perform well Various tools such as Adobe’s whiteboard are essential for communication in conferences These tools must be very simple to navigate to and easy to use with extra help and support Security must always be in mind from the server to the users contact information
