4  The video feed looked a lot better than Adobe Connect  Features included are either very inexpensive or free  Payment options are also very flexible with three different plans  With less tools it is much more simple to use than Adobe Connect

5  Help and Support is disappointing  Not many tools for conferencing  The security system is weak  Their lack in contact information given to the user  For an additional fifteen to thirty dollars a much better VoIP Service such as Phone Power or ITP can be purchased

6  The video feed and screen sharing option is widely used and very useful; it should be standard and perform well  Various tools such as Adobe’s whiteboard are essential for communication in conferences  These tools must be very simple to navigate to and easy to use with extra help and support  Security must always be in mind from the server to the users contact information
