Vision Statement Cohort members will develop a collaborative learning community where students will support and learn from each other. Cohort members epitomize diverse professional and personal backgrounds which will enhance the learning experience through engaging discussions and shared learning throughout the program.

Mission Statement The mission of Cohort 20 is to enlist the commitment, collaboration, and emotional support of cohort members so all students meet the rigorous standards set forth by Wilmington University in our pursuit of our Ed. D degree.

To trust someone is to have the assurance that they will act in good faith towards another's needs and wants. Trust Trust is a sense of security; you believe in me and I believe in you; confidence in support levels; making the right decisions and that we will do right for one another. Trust is like the highest skyscraper-- you build the foundation one brick at a time, being careful not to let it crumble... To hold someone’s trust is like holding a crystal glass that is so pure and fragile. Once broken, the thousand pieces will never return to its original form.
