3 Not overly formal and hierarchical but there are clear lines of authority and decision- making. Equal basis in talking Promotions are usually based on merit and seniority Teamwork skill is very important. Workers in lower level positions are usually treated with respect and as equals by those above them

4 Working hour: 9 am – 5 pm or flexible hours Most workplaces enjoy four weeks annual leave, with public holidays Unionism is well established and accepted as a right to advocacy.
